I'm Kafilat Emmanuel. I manage data, analytics, and product at DXD Capital, a self-storage private equity firm. My job exists at the intersection of data engineering, automation, and product — I build the systems that give our team leverage they didn't know they could have.

I've shipped four production applications, dozens of automation pipelines, and more data models than I can count. I work primarily with Python, TypeScript, BigQuery, and increasingly with AI — not as a novelty, but as infrastructure.

This site is where I document the builds. The problems I saw, the systems I designed, and the lessons I carried away. Stripped of company specifics. Honest about what worked and what failed.
